Human Resources (HR) Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of factory workers and staff.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
