Job Title : HR Executive, Based in Ahmedabad

• Experience : 1 to 3 years
• Working Days : 6 days a week
• Timings : Monday to Friday-10 to 7 & Saturday-10 to 4
• Interview Mode : Telephonic & In person

What you'll be working on :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and coordination
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Onboarding Support
• Reporting & Documentation

We're looking for someone who:

• Recruitment skills in Different Portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, Work India and Etc.)
• Must know LinkedIn Head hunting & organic Hiring method
• Experience in working for designing & creative profile
• Good communication, interview & interpersonal skills
• Coordination & Team work, Negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Note: Must have experience in working with Creative agency or hired profile for below position: Graphic designer, video editor, photoshop artist, social media executive, client coordinator, interior designer, Accounts, Admin, HR, SEO executive, Business development executive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
