HR Executive-2+ years Nightshift

Position: HR Executive

Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Night Shift (Cab Facility Provided)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team at Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee engagement, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
• Maintain HR records and assist in payroll coordination.
• Support performance evaluation and employee relations activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in night shifts.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance.
