HR Executive - Compliances

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Compliance professional to ensure our organization adheres to all applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory compliance, audit processes, and employee relations, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory obligations
• Maintain and update compliance trackers, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements
• Liaise with government authorities and external auditors for inspections and audits
• Monitor changes in labor legislation and update internal policies accordingly
• Handle vendor compliance and ensure third-party adherence to labor laws
• Support internal audits and prepare reports for senior management
• Conduct training sessions on compliance awareness for HR and line managers
• Manage disciplinary actions and grievance redressal in line with legal frameworks
• Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and filings

Qualifications & Skills
Preferred : Male Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR compliance and labor law management
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
• Experience with HRMS and compliance management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High ethical standards and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
