HR Executive – Factory Operations (Food Manufacturing)

Job Overview

We are seeking a HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for a food manufacturing factory with approximately 150 employees. This role involves handling HR documentation, UAE payroll, employee coordination, and workforce administration in a structured factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for factory employees
  • Process UAE payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave management
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and labor documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of factory staff
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and documentation
  • Coordinate with PRO and finance teams on HR matters
  • Maintain discipline, attendance tracking, and workforce records

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of HR operations experience in the UAE
  • Experience in factory / manufacturing / labour-intensive environment preferred
  • Good understanding of UAE payroll, WPS, and HR documentation
  • Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage employee data and records efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR reporting

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
