Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process— sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in statutory compliance activities including Employees' Provident Fund Organization (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Support in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Assist in handling attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Excellent people management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
