HR Executive (Female)

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the company including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Training new or existing employees.
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

Experience working in a Software House is a plus.

Night Shift

Office Timings: 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Location: Near Shahra e Faisal

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
