Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process
· Maintain and update employee records
· Coordinate interviews and onboarding
· Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks
· Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in HRM / Business Administration or related field
· 1-2 years of experience in HR or relevant role (Fresh graduates with strong HR internship experience may also apply)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
