Job Title: HR Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Summary:

Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is seeking a proactive and organized female HR Executive to manage basic HR operations including recruitment, employee management, and office coordination. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth communication within the organization. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Qualification: Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills are required (Tamil preferred; English is an advantage).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; Candidates with prior HR/Admin experience are preferred.
• Job Type: Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance).

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
• With Stay: Free Food & Accommodation provided.
• Without Stay: Candidates can choose if they prefer to stay externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, following up with candidates).
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Support HR policies implementation and monitor staff adherence.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with departments for staffing needs and other HR-related queries.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Ensure smooth internal communication between staff and management.
