We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive – Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollouts).
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and build talent pool for future requirements.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain a healthy work environment.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or a database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, salary changes) and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
4. Performance Management
- Support implementation of performance appraisal cycles.
- Coordinate feedback sessions and maintain documentation.
- Assist in training needs analysis and L&D initiatives.
5. Policy & Process Management
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular HR reports (attrition, attendance, recruitment metrics).
- Provide insights to support decision-making and HR strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
