- Ensure HR-related compliances are filed within the given timeline
- Attendance processing of all employees within the given
- timeline
- Ensure weekly off is availed by each employee and a replacement employee is placed at the site during weekly off
- Setting HR systems and processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in creating and implementing performance appraisal metrics
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, statutory compliance and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior & senior positions
- Familiarity with payroll software and resume databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
