Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing / Processing
Location: [Dubai]
Reporting To: HR Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Executive – Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance activities. The role demands hands-on experience in salary disbursal and HR administration within a fast-paced manufacturing or food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Compensation Salary Disbursal
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and monthly salary disbursal.
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
  • Handle salary revisions, incentives, and statutory deductions.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Support employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare activities.
  • Ensure clear communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance & HR Administration:
  • Manage statutory compliances – WPS, gratuity, leave, insurance, and other labor requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Oversee attendance management, ID issuance, and HR documentation.
  • Performance & Development:
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll systems (WPS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
