Position Overview

The HR Executive (Generalist) will be responsible for handling the day-to-day HR operations, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle management, and ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can balance administrative efficiency with employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support initiatives to maintain high employee morale and engagement.
  • Organize employee welfare activities, celebrations, and communication programs.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist with HR audits and documentation for compliance reporting.

4. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate goal-setting, evaluation, and feedback sessions.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

6. Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes for greater efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools (HRIS/ERP).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
