Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive (Generalist) to manage day-to-day HR operations and support key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance.
• Payroll Management
• Support training, development, and performance reviews.
• Prepare basic HR reports and track key metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
