HR Executive – Job Description [Ladies Only]
The HR Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate HR and leave records, supporting HR operations, and building a positive relationship with employees through clear communication and timely support. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labour regulations while acting as a key point of contact for employees on routine HR matters
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update employee personal, employment, and organisational data in HR systems and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Create, organise, and archive HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfers, increments, and separation records in line with legal and company requirements.
Maintain up‑to‑date leave and attendance records, including earned leave, sick leave, casual leave, and other leave types as per company policy
Process leave applications, update leave balances, flag exceptions or patterns of absenteeism, and share accurate attendance/leave reports with payroll & management
Serve as a primary HR contact for employees on queries related to leave, policies, records, and general HR processes, providing clear and timely responses
Support employee engagement by maintaining professional rapport, encouraging open communication, and escalating grievances or concerns to senior Management when required.
Assist in on boarding activities by collecting documents, creating employee files, and ensuring employee data is correctly captured in HR systems
Support payroll inputs with accurate records of attendance, leave, and employee changes, and assist in HR reporting and compliance documentation as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR Operation or administration with hands-on exposure to HR record and Leave management
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/HRIS tools; ability to build trust and communicate clearly with employees at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
