Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Business Partner – IT Sector

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, culture, and organizational growth. You’ll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations — helping drive a positive and productive workplace in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, etc.).

Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee pulse surveys.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.

3. Performance Management

Support managers in implementing appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs).

Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

Assist in succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate HR data, records, and reports in HRMS.

Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

5. Strategic HR Projects

Support digital transformation in HR (automation, analytics).

Contribute to employer branding and CSR initiatives.

Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in the IT/Tech industry).

Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹14,037.66 - ₹39,953.70 per month
