Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, concerns, and issues, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, and other development initiatives for employees.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. HR Operations: Manage HR-related tasks, including employee data management, record-keeping, and reporting.
7. Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures.
8. Employee Communications: Prepare and disseminate HR-related communications to employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
