Urgent Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location:

• 3 days at Sakinaka office (just 5 mins from Metro Station)
• 3 days at Thane office

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Managing the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
✔ Identifying training needs & coordinating development programs.
✔ Handling ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity & other statutory compliances.
✔ Creating & updating HR policies and procedures.
✔ Labor law documentation, inspections & audits.
✔ Maintaining compliance trackers & statutory registers.
✔ Assisting in internal audits & coordinating with government authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in HR / Law / Commerce or related field
Strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, labor laws & HR compliance
Familiar with legal documentation & statutory filings
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office & compliance portals
