We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing necessary information to both parties.
Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.

Guide candidates through the hiring process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
Job Posting and Advertising:

Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding.

Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies as needed.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in sourcing techniques and recruitment, best practices.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in Pharma is a plus.
