HR Executive (Internal hiring)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization attracts and hires the best candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job portals, social platforms and professional networks).
• Coordinating with stakeholders for technical round of interview.
• Screen the candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, communication skill
• Create and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Work proactively with other team members
• Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
• Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Required 0 - 1 years of experience into Recruitment
• Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
