Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Plan and implement training & development programs.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and support career development plans.
  • Manage the Government projects
  • End to end project coordination work
  • Support senior management in administrative and organizational tasks.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
  • Organizational and multitasking ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field.
  • 2–5 years experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Experience in service industry preferred.
