HR Executive (L & OD)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire HR Executive (L & OD) for its HR Department-Head Office based in Karachi.

Position: HR Executive (L & OD)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in OD, HR Excellence, or similar role
Salary: Rs. 50,000 - 60,000
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Job Duties:

• Assist in implementing OD initiatives and organizational assessments
• Support KPI development and performance tracking
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and analyze data
• Develop and update SOPs and ensure compliance
• Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively
• Support succession planning and talent identification
• Assist in TNA and coordinate training sessions
• Organize employee engagement activities and surveys
• Compile employee feedback and prepare reports/dashboards
• Maintain HR data and support organizational analysis
