Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Location: Jahangirpuri, New Delhi
Reporting To: HR Manager
Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred in manufacturing/factory setup)

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the factory premises including recruitment, attendance monitoring via biometric systems, manpower planning for production lines, factory administration, and vendor coordination. The role ensures smooth HR and administrative functioning to support production and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, operators, and support roles.
  • Coordinate with labor contractors, job agencies, and local vendors for manpower supply.
  • Conduct initial screenings and support hiring managers in the selection process.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new hires.

2. Attendance & Biometric Management

  • Manage attendance systems using biometric software and devices.
  • Ensure regular data backup, report generation, and accuracy of attendance records.
  • Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for maintenance.
  • Maintain shift rosters and daily attendance reports for payroll.

3. Manpower Planning & Line Support

  • Monitor and ensure availability of manpower across all production lines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to handle absenteeism and daily manpower adjustments.
  • Maintain daily manpower deployment sheets and plan for replacements during leaves.

4. Factory Administration

  • Supervise basic admin operations within the factory premises (housekeeping, canteen, uniforms, ID cards, etc.).
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and infrastructure needs are addressed in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain discipline and resolve staff-related administrative issues.

5. Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with labor contractors, housekeeping, security, canteen, and other service vendors.
  • Ensure vendors meet compliance, contractual obligations, and service standards.
  • Track and verify vendor bills/invoices for approval and payment.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of vendors and support vendor audits.
  • Maintain updated documentation, contracts, and licenses of all third-party vendors.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate HR and admin records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and compliance registers.
  • Generate timely reports for HR Manager and management (attendance, recruitment status, manpower summaries, etc.).
  • Support internal and statutory audits with necessary data and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Blue-collar hiring and labor market understanding.
  • Biometric attendance systems (e.g., eSSL, Matrix, etc.).
  • Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Labor compliance knowledge (PF, ESI, contract labor, etc.).
  • Factory-level administration and people management.
  • MS Office proficiency and familiarity with HRMS/attendance tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
