Requirements:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in HR roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from recognized university
- Sound technical knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask - prioritizing and planning
- Immediate joiners required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records & other statutory requirements
- To look after timely renewal of Workmen Compensation policies of different Sites.
- To assist in Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC of the organization.
- To prepare monthly Labour payments for various sites.
- Managing daily attendance of employees and workers
- Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll
- Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
