Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in HR roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from recognized university
  • Sound technical knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask - prioritizing and planning
  • Immediate joiners required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee records & other statutory requirements
  • To look after timely renewal of Workmen Compensation policies of different Sites.
  • To assist in Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC of the organization.
  • To prepare monthly Labour payments for various sites.
  • Managing daily attendance of employees and workers
  • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll
  • Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
