Job Description -

To monitor, execute, follow the HR & Administrative functions at plant according to the guidelines, directives delivered by HoD/Superiors/authorities. Follow standard procedures and plant policies. To assist HoD and other heads for fulfilling plant's HR & Admin objectives and to coordinate with other departments for achieving organizational success.
