Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resource functions at the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, attendance & payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and welfare activities. The role ensures smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and labor laws while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process for workers, staff, and supervisors.
  • Liaise with placement agencies, technical institutes, and local employment offices.
  • Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
  • Plan and facilitate employee induction and orientation programs.

2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage employee personal files, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Issue letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, and warning letters.

3. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit periodic statutory returns and maintain relevant registers.
  • Coordinate with government departments and auditors for inspections.

4. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
  • Organize welfare and engagement activities for workers and staff.
  • Support in disciplinary proceedings and ensure proper documentation.
  • Promote a safe and harmonious work culture at the plant.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
  • Organize in-house and external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

6. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and submit HR reports (attendance, manpower, attrition, etc.) to management.
  • Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
