We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive & Office Manager to handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee engagement, and office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Handle payroll assistance and HR documentation.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace.
  • Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist management with HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Prior experience in HR or office management preferred.
