Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing support to the delivery of Human Resource Shared Services, ensuring HR Generalist activities are carried out with a special focus towards HRSS Process Audit and Compliance
- To understand the business and employee requirements on a daily basis and provide essential solution and support that contributes to business growth within Qatar. This includes handling employee concerns, grievance, and adherence to Qatar Labor Law.
- To assess staffing needs of the organization and plan effective sourcing channels and ensure timely hiring of required manpower.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Commerce with minimum 3 years of HR Generalist Experience and maximum up to 5 years
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Good Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors and Inhouse HRIS tools on managing HR Related transactions and Recruitment processes.
- Excellent working Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
- Extensive knowledge on MS Excel with advance formulas and creating reports
