Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end Payroll, Statutory Compliances, and Recruitment functions. The role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure salary disbursement.
- Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, and bonus calculations.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential records.
Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- File statutory returns and manage inspections/notices.
- Keep updated with amendments in labour laws and HR-related regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
- Support induction and orientation programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in payroll, compliance, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software (SAP, Tally, or HRMS tools).
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
