Job Title: HR Executive
Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by contributing to the
development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and
ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce. This position requires a combination of administrative
and strategic skills to support the organization's human resources objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for new employees during their integration into the
organization.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide support for performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
4. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations.
5. Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in problem resolution.
6. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Assist in the development of employee training initiatives.

7. HR Reporting:

- Generate and maintain HR reports for management.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights for decision-making.

8. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

9. Compliance:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.

10. Exit Management:

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.

- Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in human resources or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
