- Talent Management: Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Employee Relations: Addresses employee grievances, resolves conflicts, and manages disciplinary actions to foster a productive work environment.
- Onboarding & Training: Coordinates onboarding programs for new hires and organizes training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Policy & Compliance: Develops, updates, and implements HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with all labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversees performance review processes, helps develop employee performance goals, and supports staff development plans.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administers employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compensation structures.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Plans and executes activities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Reporting & Strategy: Analyzes HR metrics, generates reports for management, and contributes to HR strategies that support business goals.
