HR Executive(Recruitment & Counselling)

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, training programs, and career opportunities to support informed decision-making.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, events, and online platforms to achieve admission and enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners for long-term engagement.
• Identify suitable placement opportunities for students and liaise with employers to facilitate successful placements.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth admission and placement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, counselings interactions, and placement details using internal tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align strategies for admissions and placements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets with a proactive, motivated, and professional approach.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and hardworking.
• Flexible with work timings.
