Job Summary:

The HR Executive – Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring of candidates that align with the company’s business needs and culture. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms and social media hiring
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in retail / manufacturing / service industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
