Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities (70%) along with handling core HR generalist functions (30%) such as attendance, payroll coordination, and employee support. The role requires strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment (70%)

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely updates of recruitment trackers.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs.
  • Support in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

B. Generalist Functions (30%)

  • Maintain and verify daily attendance records and leave management.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager for monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance data.
  • Support in handling employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist in preparation of HR MIS reports.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative and compliance-related HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
