Merit Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – HR & Administration to oversee HR operations, administrative functions, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in HR processes and factory/field workforce handling.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
Draft offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Build strong rapport with candidates and ensure smooth hiring experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and hiring tools.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
