About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our HR department’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data.
• Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Support HR audits, performance management, and appraisal processes.
• Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (like Excel, HRMS, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Salary Range:

As per industry standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
