Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication).
  • Coordinating and conducting onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Handling the collection and maintenance of all new employee documentation.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serving as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a positive, harmonious work culture.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the development, update, and communication of HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee information.

HR Administration and Operations:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical) using an HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Coordinating employee performance appraisal processes and assisting with employee development and training initiatives.
  • Managing exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
