Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication).
- Coordinating and conducting onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Handling the collection and maintenance of all new employee documentation.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serving as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a positive, harmonious work culture.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
Policy and Compliance:
- Ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assisting in the development, update, and communication of HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee information.
HR Administration and Operations:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical) using an HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Coordinating employee performance appraisal processes and assisting with employee development and training initiatives.
- Managing exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
