Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent to meet organizational needs. We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing, assessing, and hiring the right people while also contributing to other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments – from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews; coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
  • Schedule and manage interview logistics efficiently.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and candidate databases.
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of core experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,029.28 - ₹48,464.12 per month
