About the Role:
MTBC CareCloud is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to support its growing operations at Bagh. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong expertise in technical recruitment and solid exposure to structured HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for complex technical roles and working within process-driven, corporate environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including IT, AI, and other specialized positions
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience
- Support core HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee records management
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and structured HR processes
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and HR workflows
- Support additional HR projects and operational tasks as required
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience with strong focus on technical recruitment
- Experience in Healthcare IT recruitment is preferred; candidates with strong IT recruitment background will also be considered
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Exposure to structured HR environments and standard HR practices
- Basic understanding of payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to relocate to Bagh, AJK
