HR Executive- UAE labor law

Urgent requirement for HR Executive (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures, coordinate and follow up on internal training programs for trainees, manage onboarding of new employees and ensure joining formalities are completed, knowledge of UAE labor law and expatriate affairs, minimum 500 employee strength in current organisation.

Job Purpose

To support and execute HR and employee affairs processes efficiently, including recruitment support, training coordination, onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, and responding to staff queries, while ensuring compliance with approved policies and regulations and promoting a positive, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HR and employee affairs procedures as per approved policies.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal training programs for trainees, including admin coordination and record keeping.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and following up on hiring requirements.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees and ensure all joining formalities are completed (employee files, policy briefing, internal coordination).
  • Regularly update employee data in the system and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support or redirect them to the concerned department as required.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures when needed.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
