CTC: Hike on current CTC, up to ₹5.00 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive from the Wind Energy Sector to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Rajkot location. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance activities while ensuring smooth HR functioning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle CV shortlisting, interview coordination, and salary negotiation.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and welfare activities.
• Oversee performance appraisal, reviews, and increment processes.
• Handle payroll processing, statutory compliances, and reimbursements.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong communication with employees through one-on-one discussions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in HRMS / Payroll software.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Prior experience exclusively in the Wind Energy sector is mandatory.

Local candidates from Rajkot will be preferred.
