HR Executive(Female)

Position: HR Executive (Female Only)

Location: Avadi
Experience: 1–4 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination & onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
• Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory coordination (PF/ESI).
• Organize employee engagement activities and handle HR communication.
• Assist in performance management, training coordination & appraisal documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, manage exit formalities, and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle employee queries professionally and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any degree – HR / Business Administration preferred).
• Master’s degree (MBA HR) — optional, added advantage but not mandatory.)
