HR Executive/HR Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end recruitment process (job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection & offer management)

Handle employee documentation, background verification, investigations etc

Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy.

Prepare HR metrics and analytics dashboards (turnover, headcount, time-to-hire, etc.)

Able to handle employee grievances, and disciplinary actions as and when required

Driving a healthy workplace culture

Manage resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.

Salary processing, attendance management, leave records

SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Master’s degree or MBA with HR specialization

6–12 years of progressive HR experience/ HR generalist

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and interpersonal skills

High emotional intelligence and discretion (handles confidential information daily)

Project management and organizational skills

Coaching and counseling abilities

Leadership & decision-making skills

Ethics, confidentiality, and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
