Job Description for HR Recruitment & General HR
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify recruitment needs and work towards achieving hiring goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Verify educational qualifications, professional documents, and certificates of new joiners.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance by employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both soft copy and hard copy formats.
- Track and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift adherence.
- Review CCTV footage (as per company policy) to ensure productivity and workplace discipline.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and provide support in grievance handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
