Job Purpose

To support the execution and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring accurate KPI tracking, data maintenance, and appraisal process coordination.

Job Responsibilities

● Design KRAs and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives and role-specific deliverables.

● Ensure real-time execution and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned departments, verifying data input accuracy to maintain process integrity.

● Facilitate the operational flow and execution of annual appraisal cycles within the Performance Management System (PMS).

● Collect and meticulously organize performance metric data, generating preliminary dashboards and analyses to identify trends or skill gaps for management review.

● Manage the functional inputs for KPI tracking systems, providing necessary data standardization and supporting automation efforts using tools like Google Sheets.

● Regularly review KRAs and KPIs to track progress, validate data accuracy, and ensure timely updates.

● Document and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to PMS, compensation calculations, and operational efficiencies at the ground level.

● Actively monitor and update employee KPI documentation whenever new, regular work tasks are assigned to ensure measurement alignment.

Role Requirements

Knowledge

● Knowledge of KRA/KPI frameworks and the complete PMS cycle.

● Understanding of appraisal processes, performance tracking, and data accuracy standards.

● Knowledge of dashboard creation, metric interpretation, and performance trend analysis.

● Understanding of workflow automation tools, Google Sheets functions, and data structuring.

● Knowledge of SOP documentation practices related to PMS and compensation workflows.

Skills

● Skilled in designing KRAs and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.

● Strong ability to monitor KPIs, validate data, and ensure real-time updates.

● Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and preparing preliminary dashboards.

● Effective in managing KPI tracking systems and supporting automation processes.

● Ability to document, train, and maintain SOPs across PMS and operational activities.
