Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.

Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.

Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting.

Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
