HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2-5 years of professional experience and strong recruiting skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact across all facets of human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.
  • Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.
  • Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
