About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile
HR Generalist
to join our
People & Culture team
. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning, while partnering with leadership to foster a high-performance culture aligned with Lucidya's values and business goals.
What You'll Do
HR Operations & Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR queries

Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies

Support HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
Talent Management & Development

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Support performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans

Assist in learning and development initiatives to support employee growth

Help implement succession planning and career development initiatives
Workforce Planning & Analysis

Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support staffing strategies

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and productivity

Conduct skill gap analyses to support development plans
Culture & Engagement

Support initiatives that reinforce company values and promote a positive workplace culture

Assist in recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a tech startup or B2B SaaS environment
-
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills:

Experience in talent management, learning & development, or performance management

Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making

Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments
