Salary Structure:

• 6 Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• 10 Years Experience: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• (Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. This role requires someone with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback.
• Organize employee engagement and training activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 6 to 10 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software.
