HR Generalist

India

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments
  • Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to monitor employee satisfaction

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing
  • Maintain statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.
  • Keep updated records of attendance, leaves, and working hours

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems
  • Work with department heads to define KPIs and employee evaluation criteria
  • Support in career development and succession planning

HR Policies & Documentation

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and digital)
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange relevant development programs
  • Track effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
