Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments
- Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to monitor employee satisfaction
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing
- Maintain statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.
- Keep updated records of attendance, leaves, and working hours
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems
- Work with department heads to define KPIs and employee evaluation criteria
- Support in career development and succession planning
HR Policies & Documentation
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and digital)
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and arrange relevant development programs
- Track effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
