Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people focused HR Generalist to manage day to day HR operations, employee relations and compliance. This role will serve as a bridge between management and employees while ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, talent development and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Drive end to end recruitment across functions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and workforce planning.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

Performance Management

  • Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and monitoring performance.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions.
  • Partner with managers to promote career growth pathways.

Policy & Process Management

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure smooth communication of HR initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist profile
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment & operations
  • Hands on experience in payroll, HRMS, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,161.67 - ₹15,000.00 per month
